This wonderful barn is perfectly positioned to explore and enjoy all the delights of North Norfolk. Beautifully restored and decorated to retain its charm, it hosts a stylish contemporary finish, boasting open plan sociable living accommodation, the perfect place in which to relax and unwind on the comfy sofas. It boasts two wonderful bedrooms - a twin bedroom with a high vaulted ceiling, together with shower room on ground floor, and a kingsize bedroom with vaulted, beamed ceiling and en-suite bathroom on the first floor. To the front is a small private courtyard garden, perfect for al fresco dining, and there are excellent trails and paths leading directly from doorstep.
This is an n ideal location from which to explore the excellent sandy beaches found along the coastline and the Norfolk Broads, which are both 20 minutes’ drive. The seaside village of Mundesley has lots of places to eat and drink in, a wide sandy beach which is considered by many to be one of the best in the area, and a golf course to enjoy. The seaside resorts of Cromer and Sheringham have glorious sandy beaches and have many attractions, perfect for everyone. Cromer boasts a pier, with a carnival week which is held in August and, weather permitting, a spectacular New Year’s Day celebration, complete with fireworks . Sheringham is home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway, leisure centre with swimming pool and Sheringham National Trust Gardens. There are numerous bird sanctuaries, salt marshes and wildlife centres that punctuate the region, and the popular RSPB nature and bird reserve can be found near Cley-next-the-Sea, Blakeney and Morston.
Wroxham, known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads, has daily boat hires and river trips available, riverside cafés, pubs and shops. The surrounding local area is great for enjoying many outdoor activities and sports. Bacton Woods is great for miles of woodland walks and picnic opportunities. The market town of North Walsham has market square, supermarkets, shops, cafés, library, and bank. Within the surrounding area you will find many bistro and gourmet eating establishments.

Enjoy a trip to the city of Norwich where there is a castle museum, cathedral, excellent shopping, theatre, art galleries, cafés, pubs, and restaurants. Places of historical interest and stately homes can be found within easy driving distance, and Blickling Hall boast open air concerts during the summer season. Perfect for entertaining the younger generations are Banham Zoo, Wroxham Barns craft centre and play park, Roarr Dinosaur Adventure Park at Lenwade and BeWILDerwood at Horning. Sandy beach 8 miles. Supermarket, pub, and restaurant 4 miles.
