The enclosed garden with decked seating verandah offers a wonderful sunny position, perfect to relax and dine al fresco whilst watching nature. Beautifully presented to offer a great place to relax and unwind. Adjoining the owner’s home, the accommodation is all on ground floor with open plan living living area.

There are miles of trails and paths to enjoy and great walking, cycling and bird watching are available from the doorstep. Set in the peaceful village of Halvergate within walking distance of the nearby pub serving local beer and ales. Acle lies 4½ miles with riverside inn, supermarket, café and shops. Reedham 10 minutes’ drive, has two great pubs, one of which serves delicious food, alongside a café, fish and chip shop, and a railway station for visiting the coastal resorts and Norwich city. Any fishing enthusiasts will love that fishing is available directly along the rivers’ edge .

There are many attractions nearby including the traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth, Wroxham, known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads, for waterside restaurants, shops, daily boat hire and river trips. The city of Norwich has two indoor shopping malls, market square, theatre, castle museum, cathedral, art galleries and plenty of cafes, restaurants and inns. Supermarket 4½ miles. Beach 8 miles. Pub 150 yards.
