From the moment you arrive you will delight at this wonderful cottage, oozing charm and character including a large inglenook fire place with wood burner, beamed ceiling and wooden floor. The large rooms offer plenty of space and the comfy sofas are perfect to relax and snuggle up by the fire on those cooler evenings. The cottage is equipped with every day modern essentials to provide a comfortable and relaxing seaside holiday experience, and has both an enclosed front and back garden, each perfect to relax and enjoy the sunshine. There is opportunity to sit out front and watch the world go by. Or, follow the garden steps leading to the private seating patio quietly nestled in the back garden.

Mundesley-on-Sea is an unspoilt seaside village with an array of pubs and restaurants. Excellent bird watching, golf, bowling and fishing are available. There are plenty of coastal and inland cycle routes and excellent walking along quiet lanes, and designated footpaths lead direct from the doorstep. The beach is perfect for families, playing in the sandy pools, building sandcastles or beach tennis and body boarding. Dogs are permitted along the beach all year round, with an area designated dog-free during the summer months.

Nearby places of historical interest include Blicking Hall, Sheringham Park and Cromer pier with its end of pier show. The city of Norwich, 20 miles, is a shopper’s delight with two indoor shopping malls, market square, theatre, cathedral, castle museum and plenty of eateries. The popular seaside town of Cromer is 7½ miles away with its famous pier and holiday entertainment. The bustling market town of North Walsham is 5½ miles and Wroxham, known as the ’capital of the Norfolk Broads’, is 15 miles away, where boat hire and river trips are available, riverside restaurants, the Bure Valley Steam Railway, model village, supermarket, boutiques and shops. Wroxham Barns is popular with all, having art, craft barns, play area, small petting farm and restaurants for great local fresh food. Beach, shops, pub and restaurant 800 yards.
