Under 2 miles from the coastline, nestled in a quiet location with just a handful of other properties nearby, this detached cottage offers a charming family friendly property, just perfect for any special celebration. Boasting original features, styled with contemporary and comfortable furnishings throughout. The farmhouse kitchen boasts a large electric oven and hob making cooking very easy for the larger family wishing to dine in. Perfect to celebrate in style is the beautiful dining room with vaulted timber beamed ceiling and French doors opening into the enclosed seating courtyard, leading to the lawn garden that wraps around the property.
Having a lounge with wood burning stove and French doors leading into the lawn garden, and also a snug, both equally lovely to enjoy and relax within. Boasting 6 bedrooms, the master boasts a super-king double, a further double, and single bedroom, wet room, and a toilet, all on ground floor. Located directly on the Paston Way Rural signposted walks so great for walking, dogs and cycling. Having the stunning North Norfolk Coast within 10 minutes, and the Norfolk Broads just 24 minutes’ drive, it has a great location to explore all. Head to Amazonia Zoo for a great day out. A little further is the bustling market town of Sheringham, popular with holidaymakers and locals alike. Head east to experience all the fun of the fair and explore the golden mile of Great Yarmouth. In fact, all along the coast in both directions you will find a string of coastal villages with various beach habitats, including grassy sand dunes, shingle and sand beaches, and marshes and quays.
Wroxham, known as capital of the Norfolk Broads 11 miles for waterside restaurants, cafes, supermarket, shops, daily boat hire and river trips. Great days out include Wroxham Barns with petting zoo and restaurants, BeWILDerwood, The Dinosaur Adventure Park are musts for the children. NT Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall and Sheringham Gardens, and you also have the Thursford and Muckleburgh Collections to enjoy. Wildlife and nature fans can explore the RSPB nature reserves and marshes, and the National Park Norfolk Broads. Bird watching, golf and fishing all available locally.
