Starre Corner Cottage

This beautifully furnished cottage boasts a dual sided wood burning stove, simply perfect for any cosy nights in. Filled with character and charm to make the perfect romantic retreat at any time of year. Very comfortably furnished and well-equipped kitchen, providing the opportunity to cook and dine from home, or why not enjoy al fresco dining within your private trellis screened courtyard/garden, planted with pretty flowers and shrubs, located at the rear, separate from the cottage, yet easily accessed by the garden path. Comfy garden furniture is provided, making it a terrific spot to enjoy your morning coffee, or late afternoon glass of something chilled.
Foodies will delight, the surrounding area offers plenty of great gastro pubs, and within a short walk, is the village pub, serving good food. You have the best location to enjoy and visit all three delights found within Norfolk: the excellent North Norfolk Coastline, the famous National Park Norfolk Broads, and medieval City of Norwich, within 50 minutes’ drive. Wells Next the Sea, a seaside delight is 20 minutes’ drive for a charming town with array of shops, boutiques, harbour, plenty of eateries, and a foot trail or jump on the miniature train, running back and forth visiting the excellent wide sandy beach.
Blakeney Harbour is another treat, with craft and boutique shops, plenty of eateries to choose from, or take a boat trip to the visit the basking seal colony. Hunstanton lies to the west, locally known as ‘Sunny Hunny’, where you will find all the traditional seaside attractions. Along the coastline are the RSPB marshes and nature reserves, a magnet for walkers and bird watchers. History buffs will enjoy visits to the Thursford Collection, the Muckleburgh Collection for tanks and other military collections, the Stately homes and parks of Blickling, Holkham, Houghton and the Sandringham Royal Estate. The Market town of Fakenham, a 7 minutes’ drive with regular markets/auction, a cinema complex, golf and racecourse. Beaches 14 miles. Pub within 1 mile. Shop 3 miles.
