Drive East from here and find a string of pretty beach habitats to explore amongst the coastal villages, most of which have some lovely boutique places to eat, drink and shop and end your journey in Wells-next-the-Sea with its quay and painted beach huts. History buffs will truly be spoilt for choice with the Sandringham, Holkham and Houghton Estates, Peckover House, Castle Acre and the Hanseatic Quarter of Old Kings Lynn all within easy reach, and wildlife and bird enthusiasts will find much to see and do too.
