With a lovely, private back garden featuring two mature apple trees, it is easy to see how charming Appletree Cottage got its name. Nestled in the sought-after village of Stoke Ferry it really is a welcoming property, with lots to love about its stylish interior. Featuring Heritage paint colours and artistic touches throughout, you are sure to fall in love with this pretty, traditional Norfolk cottage.

With a downstairs bedroom two single beds and a separate toilet, the property also boasts a utility room, a heated conservatory for dining and a cosy living room with an electric wood burner on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find two further bedrooms, both fitted with double beds, along with a bathroom with a fitted bath and shower attachment, which is just lovely for soaking away the day’s activities. Let’s not forget that lovely garden which is perfect for morning coffees and sundowners alike.

Just 20 minutes from stunning Thetford Forest with High Lodge and Go Ape, you will find yourself blessed with picturesque walks and surrounded by wildlife. In fact, there is even a lovely walk more or less from your door. Those wishing for a change of scene will also find themselves just 40 minutes from the stunning North Norfolk Coastline with its sand dunes, stunning cliff lines, sand and shingle beaches, salt and clay marshes and picturesque quays.
