Its fine elegance has been restored, and the property is approached by a long drive leading to electric gates, which offer first glance of this amazing hall. On your doorstep is the lido open air heated swimming pool, popular with many local swimmers.
The location is close to the River Waveney with an abundance of wildlife and offers great fishing opportunities. It is also perfectly placed to explore both Norfolk and Suffolk; Lowestoft is the most easterly point in the UK and Norwich is a bustling cathedral city with culture, heritage and entertainment for all. Watch the weekly speed boat racing on Oulton Broad, 9 miles. The Suffolk Heritage coastline is famous Southwold for its pier, lighthouse, beach and fresh fish seafood eateries and is 12 miles, whilst Walberswick RSPB reserve is 13 miles. Golf is withinn 1½ miles and fishing within ½ mile. Beach 8¾ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
