This charming, rustic semi-detached Victorian agricultural cottage, with its own large private lawned garden, is located on the owner’s 600-acre working farm with far-reaching views over open countryside to the Sudbourne Marshes. Just a short drive to Snape Maltings, famous for its unique range of shops and galleries; and the historic village of Orford with its 12th century castle, smoke house and harbour. Also within easy reach are the coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold, the market towns of Woodbridge and Framlingham and the RSPB bird reserve at Minsmere. Ideal for birdwatchers, cyclists and walkers. There is a footpath from the property to the river which takes visitors around the coast to Orford. Beach 3 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
