September Cottage is in Wenhaston. It's a terraced cottage that sleeps four.
It's got two bedrooms and one bathroom. There's a wood burner in the living room. The garden is private and has a patio area. It leads onto a footpath that goes to Church Common. You can walk from there across the Blyth Valley.
It's a 4 Star place. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The stairs are typical cottage stairs, so they're a bit steeper than a modern house.
You can bring one dog. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, and wifi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
There's a local pub in the village. It's a few minutes' walk. For groceries, Halesworth is the nearest town. It's about two miles away.
The Suffolk coast is about a fifteen minute drive. Southwold has the beach, the pier, and the Adnams brewery. Aldeburgh is further down the coast. Their fish and chips are famous, so you often have to queue. Thorpeness is just north of Aldeburgh. You can hire a rowing boat on the mere there.
If you like walking, the footpaths are good from the door. For a wider range of walks, the Suffolk Coast & Heaths Area site has good information. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline nearby too.
