The Lantern Loft is an apartment in Walberswick. It's on the top floor of an old building, so there are a fair few stairs to climb. It sleeps six people in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one's an en-suite with a bath.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. The main living space is open-plan with big windows. You can see the sea from some of them. There's also a small roof terrace you can use.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them.
You're right in the middle of the village. The beach is about five minutes' walk. There are two pubs nearby, both serve food. The village shop is good.
The foot ferry to Southwold runs in the summer, or you can walk across the bridge. It's about a mile. Southwold has the pier, a few more shops, and the Adnams brewery.
If you like birdwatching, RSPB Minsmere is about a fifteen minute drive. For music or shopping, Snape Maltings is twenty minutes away. For wider walks, the Suffolk Coast & Heaths National Landscape site has maps.
No pets, I'm afraid.
