Poppy Cottage

The cottage is on a street about a five minute walk from the town centre. You get the place to yourselves. There's a small courtyard garden at the front with a table and chairs.
Inside, it's a mix of old and new. The living room has beams and an old fireplace. The floors are original parquet with a rug. The kitchen is small but has what you need. The stairs are steep and narrow, which is typical for a cottage this size.
Upstairs is the bedroom. It's got a double bed, more beams, and another fireplace. The bathroom is up there too. Bedding and towels are included.
Halesworth is a proper market town. There are a few pubs, cafes, and shops all within a few hundred yards. The Cut arts centre is nearby if you want to see a show.
You're well placed for the coast. Southwold is about eight miles away. That's where the beach, the pier, and the lighthouse are. Walberswick is just past that. For nature, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Heath are less than half an hour's drive.
Facilities include a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a TV. The utilities are included. There's no designated parking, but you can usually find space on the street nearby. No pets, sorry.
