Butler's Barn
Butler's Barn is on our farm, just outside Darsham. It's detached. You're at the end of a lane so it's quiet, just fields around you. It's a modern barn conversion, quite spacious.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well kitted out and comfortable. Everything is on one level, which people seem to like.
You're about three miles from Dunwich beach. It's a good beach for a walk, even if it's not always baking hot. RSPB Minsmere is very close if you're a birdwatcher. For a swim or fish and chips, you'd go to Southwold or Aldeburgh. Southwold is about eight miles, Aldeburgh a bit further.
There's a pub a mile down the road. The shop is in Darsham, two miles away. For something more to do, Framlingham Castle is about half an hour's drive. So is Snape Maltings for the concerts and shops.
Facilities: it's all there. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Garden with a patio. Parking right outside. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry, because of the farm.
