Meadow View
This is Meadow View. It's just outside Leiston in Suffolk. A detached barn conversion. As the name says, it looks over a meadow. There's woodland around it too, so you get plenty of birds and deer about.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. That's useful. It's all on one level, no stairs, which some people prefer. The place has got a 4 Star rating and it won a ROSE award a few years back. It means it's well looked after.
It's an open plan sort of layout inside. Everything you'd need is here: dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. The garden is enclosed, so it's safe for a dog. You can bring one dog, by the way. There's parking right there.
You can walk straight out from the front door. For the beach, Sizewell is about two miles down the road. Aldeburgh is a bit further, maybe four miles. The town of Leiston is half a mile away. It's got a shop, a pub, a leisure centre with a pool, and a cinema. There's also the Long Shop Steam Museum if that's your thing.
For other days out, Minsmere RSPB reserve is three miles away. Snape Maltings is about six miles, good for music and shopping. Southwold is ten miles. The National Trust has a few spots nearby like Dunwich Heath and Sutton Hoo.
