Pebble Cottage is on a side street just off Aldeburgh High Street. It's a terraced fisherman's cottage, old and narrow. The stairs to the first floor are very steep, just so you know.
It sleeps two. There are two bedrooms but the second one is very small. It's really for a couple, or a couple with one small child. There's one bathroom, but the toilet and basin are in the master bedroom. The living room has an open fire.
It's a short walk to everything. The beach is about 200 yards away. There's a shop, pubs, and restaurants about the same distance. You can buy fish straight from the huts on the beach.
The property has a 4 Star rating. It's been done up inside but it's still a cottage. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We allow two small dogs.
In the wider area, Snape Maltings is about a ten minute drive inland. They do concerts and have shops and a cafe. For walking, the Suffolk Coast Path is right there. You can drive south to places like Orford or north to Thorpeness fairly easily.
