Barn Owl Cottage
Barn Owl Cottage is one of a few here on the stud farm. It's semi-detached, so you share a wall with one other. Your garden is private though, enclosed with a fence. It's quiet here, just fields and horses.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. The rating is 4 Star, which means it's comfortable and well kept. It's open plan downstairs. There's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings.
You're about two and a half miles from Orford, which has a shop, a couple of pubs, and the famous smokehouse. The harbour there is nice for a walk. Snape Maltings is even closer, maybe a four minute drive. They have concerts, shops, and a cafe.
The coast is accessible. You can walk from the farm towards it, or drive to places like Aldeburgh or Dunwich in under half an hour. Southwold is about a 25 minute drive.
For facilities: there's parking right outside, a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
