Barn Owl Cottage Sudbourne

Barn Owl Cottage is on a stud farm near Sudbourne, on the Suffolk coast. It's one of a few cottages grouped together, but it's detached. You've got your own enclosed garden out the back.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom downstairs. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well sorted. It's been done up recently. The living area is open plan.

It's very quiet out here. You'll see horses in the fields. There's a wood burner for cooler nights.

The farm has its own walks you can pick up from the door. You can walk to the coast from here, but it's a fair distance. It's easier to drive. Orford is about two and a half miles away. Good for the castle, the smokehouse, and trips out to the Ness. Snape Maltings is a five minute drive for concerts and shopping.

Aldeburgh is about ten miles up the coast. Southwold is a bit further, maybe twenty-five minutes by car. Dunwich Heath and Minsmere are both within a half hour drive if you're a birdwatcher.

There's a shop and a pub in Orford, which is your closest. The cottage has parking, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair.
