Valley Farm Cottage is on the Sudbourne Stud. It's a working farm with horses. The cottage itself is detached. You get your own garden.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been renovated, so it's comfortable and everything works. It's not huge, but it's a good size.
The place is quiet and very rural. You'll hear birds and see the horses in the fields. There are walks you can do straight from the door that will eventually get you to the coast.
For shops and eating out, you need to drive. Orford is about two and a half miles away. It's a nice little town with a famous smokehouse and a castle. Snape Maltings is even closer, about four minutes by car. They have concerts, shops, and galleries there.
Other places like Aldeburgh, Southwold, and Woodbridge are all within a twenty or thirty minute drive. Dunwich and Framlingham are easy to get to as well.
Things here: it has a woodburning stove, WiFi, TV, and parking right outside. The garden is enclosed. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. No pets, sorry.
