Oak Cottage is in Benhall Green, Suffolk. It's a few minutes' drive from Saxmundham, or you can walk it if you don't mind a bit of a stretch. The town has the usual things: a Co-op, a few shops, a couple of pubs.
The cottage sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after.
The garden is a good size and fully enclosed, so it's fine for dogs or kids. There's a patio area with a table. Inside, there's a wood burner in the living room. The kitchen is big enough for everyone to be in there.
You're about twenty minutes from the coast. Aldeburgh is the main one, with its pebble beach and fish and chips. Southwold is a bit further, maybe thirty minutes. For a walk, RSPB Minsmere is close. It's good even if you're not a serious birdwatcher.
Further afield, you've got Framlingham Castle about twenty minutes away. Ipswich is half an hour for a bigger town. Norwich is an hour's drive if you fancy a proper day out.
Facilities: there's parking, WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
