Boundary Gallery Cottage
Boundary Gallery Cottage is in Cransford in Suffolk. It's attached to our house on one side. We live here too but you've got your own entrance and space.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom which is handy. Everything's on one level, no steps at the entrance, and the doors are wide enough for a wheelchair.
You've got a sheltered terrace out the front that looks straight out over fields. It gets the sun in the evening. Our garden is big and you can see it from the cottage. Kids are welcome to use the lawn.
Inside, it's all open plan. Kitchen, dining, sitting area, all in one room. It's got a 4 Star rating. There's a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and wifi. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right outside.
The nearest proper town is Framlingham, about a mile away. There's a Co-op, a market twice a week, and some good pubs and restaurants. You can walk to a footpath from the door, and the lanes around here are quiet for cycling.
For a day out, Aldeburgh on the coast is about 20 minutes by car. They have a music festival. Southwold is roughly half an hour, good for a walk on the beach and the pier. The RSPB reserve at Minsmere is maybe 25 minutes drive if you like birdwatching.
