The Cowshed
The Cowshed is one of three converted barns on our bit of land. It's not a working farm anymore. It's just us and the gardens.
It's a one-bedroom place for two people. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's to a high standard. It's all on one level. The main room is open plan. There's a wood burner. The patio is private and looks out over the field.
You're in Ubbeston. It's quiet. The nearest shop is about two and a half miles away in Laxfield. There's a good local pub, The Fox & Goose, about three and three-quarter miles away. You'll need a car.
Framlingham is about a fifteen minute drive. The castle is worth a visit. English Heritage Framlingham Castle. Southwold is about half an hour east. Good for a seaside walk, the pier, and Adnams.
For walking, you're right in the middle of the Suffolk countryside. There are paths from the door. The coast at Dunwich or Aldeburgh is within about a forty minute drive.
Inside, there's a washing machine, a TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. Parking is right outside.
