The Cart Lodge is near Fressingfield in Suffolk. It's a single-storey barn we've done up. It's detached, quiet, and has views over fields.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom, all on the ground floor. There's a ramp up to the front door and the shower has a handrail. The living area has a high ceiling with beams. It's bright. One of the sofas is a small sofa bed, suitable for a child.
Outside, there's a garden with a deck. It's not overlooked. There's a hot tub. You're also welcome to use the main grounds, which have a large moat with fishing platforms.
The place has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's an electric vehicle charger and parking on site. You can bring up to two dogs.
Fressingfield has a shop and a couple of pubs. The nearest big town is Diss, about seven miles away. The coast is a drive. Southwold is about 35 minutes. Aldeburgh is a bit further, maybe 40 minutes.
