The Coach House Carlton

The Coach House is in Carlton in Suffolk. It's next to our house, but it's completely separate and you've got your own garden. It was a coach house originally, so it's a good size. It's just for two people.

We've done it up properly. It's warm and everything works. It's got a 4 Star rating. The main room has a woodburning stove. The whole place is on one level and the doorway is wide, so it's suitable if you use a wheelchair.

Out the back there's a private patio area. We've also got about two acres of our own woodland with a path through it. You're welcome to walk around it.

The village pub is about five minutes walk away. They do food. The nearest shop is in Saxmundham, which is about two miles.

You're right in the middle of things here. Framlingham is ten minutes one way, with the castle. Saxmundham is ten minutes the other. The coast at Aldeburgh is about a twenty minute drive. RSPB Minsmere is very close. Snape Maltings is maybe fifteen minutes away for concerts. Southwold and Walberswick are maybe half an hour.

In terms of what's here: there's a dishwasher, a washing machine, a TV. All the bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
