As you enter the property, head into the well-equipped kitchen which has everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal including an electric cooker, slimline dishwasher, microwave and an under-counter fridge with an icebox. this then leads into the cosy living room which has a table and chairs, and two comfortable sofas, a TV with freeview, DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker. The well-presented bedroom has a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress and adjacent bathroom next door is fitted with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, mirror, toilet, and a sink.
The accommodation is perfectly suited to a couple looking for a tranquil place to stay whilst exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of open space and local attractions. The property is located nearby to Cotleigh, a picturesque tiny village right on the edge of the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding National Beauty . The property is moments away from the Jurassic Coast, as well as being close to the seaside towns of Lyme Regis, Beer, Seaton, Sidmouth, and Exmouth.
Short drives to Honiton and Ottery St Mary provide popular tourist attractions, shopping, and restaurants. You can also travel to Exeter, with many restaurants and shops, museum, cathedral, castle, and theatre, in 30 minutes.
