The Granary is in Westerdale, up in the North York Moors. It's a first-floor conversion in a detached barn. You get the whole place to yourselves. The views are towards Castleton Rigg, over fields.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, with a vaulted ceiling and oak floors. There are some low beams, so mind your head if you're tall. The stairs up to it are external, stone steps. They're fine, but worth knowing.
There's a local pub about a mile and a half away in Castleton. The village has a shop too. For a bigger shop, Whitby is about a 20 minute drive.
You're right in the North York Moors National Park. You can walk straight from the door. The Esk Valley is good for that. The coast at Whitby, with the abbey and the harbour, is easily reached. Places like Robin Hood's Bay are a bit further.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside and an electric vehicle charger. You can use the garden area. We can provide a cot and highchair.
