Coach House
This is the Coach House in Cribyn. It's one of nine cottages here, all set in about six acres of shared land. There's a river along the boundary.
It's a one bedroom place, just for two people. It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well finished and everything is provided. It's got underfloor heating downstairs.
Inside, it's all open plan downstairs. Kitchen, dining, sitting area. There's a log burner and a smart TV. The stairs are fairly steep, just so you know.
Upstairs is the bedroom with a king size bed. There's also a free-standing copper bath in there. The separate shower room has an electric shower.
Outside is a small enclosed patio with a gas BBQ. The private hot tub is wood-fired, so you'll need to light it a few hours before you want to use it. It looks out over the fields.
Lampeter is the nearest town, about a ten minute drive. It has supermarkets and a few proper butchers and bakers. Aberaeron on the coast is about fifteen minutes away. It's a nice harbour town good for a walk, some fish and chips, or ice cream.
You're right between the Cambrian Mountains and the coast here. The Ceredigion Coastal Path is brilliant for walking. New Quay and Aberporth are good beaches, both within half an hour. For a historic day out, National Trust Llanerchaeron is close by.
Facilities: everything is included - bedding, towels, electricity. There's a dishwasher, washing machine, parking right outside. The hot tub is private. No pets.
