The Old Cowsheds 3 - Mynach is in Cribyn, near Lampeter. It's one of several cottages in a small hamlet, set back from the road. There's a river at the bottom of the shared land, about eight acres in all. You've got your own enclosed garden with a table and a gas BBQ.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles. One bathroom with a shower cubicle. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well finished and everything's in good order. The kitchen has what you need, and there's a dishwasher and a washing machine.
You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed but it's not totally escape-proof for a very determined dog, just so you know.
The nearest bigger place is Lampeter, about ten minutes by car. It has supermarkets, some decent takeaways, and a few good independent shops. Aberaeron is on the coast, about fifteen minutes away. It's a nice harbour town with coloured houses, good places to eat, and a famous ice cream shop. You can walk along the coast path from there to New Quay if you're up for it.
For beaches, you've got a few choices within half an hour. Cei Bach, New Quay, and Tresaith are all good. The Llanerchaeron Estate is National Trust and worth a visit. If you want to walk, the Ceredigion Coastal Path is the main attraction, or you can head inland into the Cambrian Mountains.
Facilities are all there: WiFi, TV, parking. Bedding and towels are included. There are other cottages here, so it can work for bigger groups if you book more than one.
