Cree View Cottage
Cree View Cottage is here at Barrhill Farm, just outside Newton Stewart. It's one of three cottages set around the farm courtyard. It's a single-storey place, so everything is on one level which is handy.
It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms and a family bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-kept.
The sitting room has patio doors that open straight into the enclosed garden. It's a good spot to sit out. The view from there is over the fields towards the Galloway Hills.
Newton Stewart is about a ten minute walk. It's a small town with a supermarket, cafes, and a couple of pubs that do food. The River Cree runs through it if you're into fishing.
The big thing here is the outdoors. You're five minutes from the edge of Galloway Forest Park. Good walking and cycling. It's a Dark Sky Park too, so the stars are clear on a good night. For a day out, Wigtown is about twenty minutes away. It's Scotland's book town with a few bookshops.
In terms of what's here: there's WiFi, a TV, parking right outside, and the garden is enclosed. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
