Riverside is in Newton Stewart, next to the River Cree. It's a terraced cottage, so you're attached to the neighbours. It sleeps four, two bedrooms, one bathroom.
It's had a four star rating, so it's recently been checked and should be clean and comfortable.
You can walk into the town in a few minutes. There's a shop and a pub maybe 250 yards away. We've got good cafes and restaurants here too.
If you like cycling, the 7Stanes trails are on your doorstep. Glentrool and Kirroughtree are very close. Good local golf courses as well.
You're not far from the Galloway Forest Park. It's a Dark Skies Park, so if you're into stargazing, it's very good on a clear night.
The coast is about a twenty minute drive. You've got sandy beaches and little villages on the Machars Peninsula. Wigtown, Scotland's book town, is about seven miles away.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, towels are included, and you can park right outside. No pets allowed.
