New House Farm

New House Farm is in Overtown, Lancashire. It's part of a farm conversion, so there's a yard area shared with other cottages. Yours has its own small, enclosed garden for sitting out.

The house sleeps six. Three bedrooms, all doubles, and one family bathroom upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's a good, solid house, comfortable and clean. There's a log burner in the lounge, you'll need to buy your own logs locally. The kitchen is decent, it's got a dishwasher. There's a downstairs toilet and a little sunroom off the dining area.

You're in a good spot for getting out. The Yorkshire Dales are about a 20 minute drive east. Morecambe Bay is about 25 minutes west. If you want to push it, the southern Lake District is about 35-40 minutes away.

Ingleton is ten minutes up the road. The Waterfalls Trail walk there is popular. Kirkby Lonsdale is a five minute drive, it's a nice market town with shops and places to eat. The property listing mentions golf, fishing, and horse riding being local, but you'd need to check details for those yourself.
