Box Tree Farmhouse is in Wennington, Lancashire. It's a detached house, set back from the road in the fields. It sleeps ten people. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The inside has been done up recently. It's bright and colourful. The main living room has a wood burner and a big TV. The kitchen has a range cooker and a large table that seats everyone. Each bedroom has its own TV.
The stairs are fairly standard, no major quirks there. It has a 4 Star rating.
Outside there's a patio with a seating area, a fire pit, and a charcoal barbecue. There's a covered hot tub as well. The garden is enclosed.
You're on the edge of the Forest of Bowland. It's good walking and cycling country straight from the door. The Yorkshire Dales are about a 15 minute drive. Ingleborough, one of the Three Peaks, is close by.
Kirkby Lonsdale is a 20 minute drive. It's a nice market town with shops and places to eat. Bentham is a bit closer and has a small supermarket. Morecambe seafront is about half an hour away. The Lake District is just under an hour's drive if you want to go that far.
Facilities: all bedding and towels are included. There's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi and parking for several cars on the drive. No pets, sorry.
