The Studio At Cross House
The Studio is a small detached building about 200 yards from our main house in Whittington. It was finished in early 2023. It's for two people. One bedroom, one shower room.
It's a 4 Star rating, which means it's all new and well put together. It's one open-plan room. There's a double bed, a small kitchenette with a microwave and hob, a table for two, and a smart TV on the wall. The shower room is separate. Storage is clever but limited, so pack light.
Outside is a small enclosed garden with a patio area. You park right next to it.
We allow one well-behaved dog. There's an extra charge for that.
The village is quiet. Kirkby Lonsdale is two miles away. That's where you'll find the shops, pubs, and places to eat. It's a proper market town.
You're right on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. Ingleton is about 20 minutes by car. The waterfalls walk there is very good. For local walks, you can start from the doorstep.
If you're coming with more people, The Studio can be booked alongside Cross House Cottage next door. Together they sleep six.
