Bronte House is an apartment on Casterton's Low Wood development. It's on the second floor. The main thing is the balcony. It's big enough for a table and chairs and it's got a clear glass rail, so you get a good view out over the fields and hills.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. The rating is 4 Star. It's nicely done, new fittings, that sort of thing. The main bedroom has a big bed that splits into two singles if you need it.
Inside, it's all open plan. Kitchen, dining area, and living space together. The doors open right onto the balcony. There's a good coffee machine.
The village is quiet. There's a pub about two minutes walk away. It does food and has a beer garden. For shops and more places to eat, Kirkby Lonsdale is a five minute drive. It's a nice old town. People go for walks by the River Lune and to see Devil's Bridge.
You're right on the edge of two national parks. The Lake District is about a 20-25 minute drive west. Kendal and Windermere are that way. The Yorkshire Dales are about the same drive east. Ingleton has the waterfall walk and White Scar Caves. Sedbergh is close too.
For facilities: there's parking, a washing machine, WiFi, and all bedding and towels are included. No pets.
