Howgills Barn
Howgills Barn is in Middleton, Cumbria. It's a detached barn next to our house. You have your own patio and garden area.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with super king beds. Two bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's well-finished and comfortable. Everything's on one level inside, which is handy. The living area is open plan with a wood burner. There's a TV, WiFi, and a washing machine. Towels and bedding are included. We can provide a cot and highchair.
The village of Barbon is about two miles away. It has a good village shop and cafe. Kirkby Lonsdale is a bit further, maybe ten minutes by car. There are pubs, places to eat, and some shops there. The view from Ruskin's Lookout is worth seeing.
You're well placed here for getting out. The Yorkshire Dales National Park is right on the doorstep. The Lake District is about a half hour drive, depending on traffic. Sedbergh, which is in the Dales, is very close for walks.
