Spice Mill Cottage
Spice Mill Cottage is in Kirkby Lonsdale, just off the market square. It's a townhouse over three floors. There's a parking space right outside, which is handy for here.
It sleeps five, in three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. There's a single bedroom on the first floor, next to the living room. All the bedding and towels are included.
The kitchen is modern, with a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table is big. Patio doors open onto a courtyard with a BBQ. It's not a big garden, but it's private. There's a downstairs toilet.
The stairs are steep. It's a listed building, so they are what they are. The entrance has a small step.
The town is right there. The shop, pubs, and restaurants are a two-minute walk. The market is on Thursdays. Devil's Bridge and a nice riverside walk are a few minutes from the door.
You're about 20 minutes from the southern Lakes, places like Windermere. Ingleton, with its waterfalls, is 15 minutes north. The Yorkshire Dales and Lancashire are on the doorstep. Lancaster and Morecambe are about half an hour south.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but we ask that they stay on the ground floor and off the furniture.
