Warth House

Warth House is an old farmhouse at the end of a private lane outside Ingleton. It's the end house of a row of three. You get your own garden on the side, which is very private.

It sleeps nine across four bedrooms. There are four bathrooms too, so no queues. It has a five-star rating. That means it's finished to a high spec.

The ground floor is open plan. There's a big stone fireplace with a wood burner and leather sofas. The kitchen has what you need to cook. There's underfloor heating downstairs, so it's warm.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with a roll-top bath. The master has an en-suite. The final bedroom is on the second floor, with three single beds and its own bathroom.

The stairs are original, so they're cottage stairs. They wind a bit and are steeper on the top flight.

Ingleton village is about half a mile away. You can walk it in ten minutes. There's a pub and a restaurant there. The village is known for the Waterfalls Trail and White Scar Caves.

You're right on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. The Three Peaks are very close. For mountain biking, Gisburn Forest is about a twenty-minute drive. The Settle to Carlisle railway line runs nearby, if you fancy a scenic train trip.

The Lake District and the Lancashire coast are within an hour's drive if you want a change of scene.

Facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, and on-site parking. Bedding and towels are provided. We can provide a cot and highchair. No pets, sorry.
