This is Number 3 Flying Horseshoe Cottage in Clapham. It's a stone terrace cottage, part of an old barn conversion. There's a parking space right outside the front door.
It sleeps three people. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The garden out the back is enclosed. It's a good spot to sit if the sun's out.
Clapham village is a short walk away. There's a shop and a couple of pubs. You're right on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, so the walking from the door is very good. The local station is a few hundred yards away if you want to use the Settle-Carlisle railway line.
Within about half an hour you can drive to Ingleton, its waterfalls and the White Scar Cave. Settle and Skipton are in that direction too. Kirkby Lonsdale is about twenty minutes the other way.
The place has wifi, a TV, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
