Cefn Canol is a cottage just outside Padog, near Betws-y-Coed. It's detached, so nobody attached to the sides. It's for two people.
It's a 4 Star place. It's been done up inside, so it's comfortable and modern but in an old stone building. There's a wood burner for cooler nights. The main room is open plan: kitchen, dining area, and sitting area all together. There's one bedroom with a kingsize bed and one bathroom.
Outside, there's a patio area with a table and chairs. You get a good view across the fields from there. Parking is right next to the cottage.
It's a quiet spot. You're a couple of minutes' drive from the A5, so it's easy to get to, but you don't hear the road. Betws-y-Coed is about five minutes away by car. They've got shops, places to eat, and a train station there.
For getting out, you're right on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. You can drive into the mountains in about ten minutes. There's walking and cycling everywhere. For something structured, Zip World or Bounce Below are up near Blaenau Ffestiniog, maybe a 25-minute drive. Conwy Castle and the walled town are about 20 minutes north towards the coast.
In terms of what's here: all the bedding and towels are included. There's a dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. It has an electric vehicle charger. No pets, sorry.
If you're planning visits, the National Trust page for the area is useful, and Visit Conwy has a lot of local information.
