The Goldsmith
The Goldsmith is in Blackpool. It's a new build on a new housing estate, about a ten-minute drive from the seafront and the Tower. You can see it from the end of the street on a clear day.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern and clean. Because it's new, everything works as you'd expect.
The back garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got kids or just want some privacy. There's a patio with a BBQ and on-site parking for one car right outside.
Inside, there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included.
For Blackpool itself, the Pleasure Beach and the Golden Mile are that short drive away. The tram runs along the front if you'd rather not drive in. The Grand Theatre puts on shows, and the Winter Gardens is worth a look. The Sandcastle Waterpark is good if the weather isn't.
If you want a quieter day, Lytham St. Annes is about twenty minutes south. It's got a nice green and a more traditional seafront. Thornton Cleveleys is north, about fifteen minutes, and has a decent promenade for a walk.
