The Shippon
The Shippon is in Poulton le Fylde, Lancashire. It's a converted barn on a farm, so you're in the countryside but not far from things. The main house is next door, but you've got your own space and parking.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. You can bring one dog.
The kitchen has what you need for a holiday. There's a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them. The WiFi is fine for browsing.
Poulton town centre is about a ten minute drive. It's a proper market town with shops, supermarkets, and a few pubs that do food. The coast is close. Blackpool is roughly 20 minutes away by car, if you want the pier and the promenade. For a quieter beach, you can drive up the Fylde coast towards Knott End or Cleveleys.
If you like walking, the Wyre Estuary country park is nearby. For a longer day out, the Forest of Bowland is about half an hour's drive. The Forest of Bowland website has good walking routes. You're also within an hour of the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales if you fancy a drive.
On site parking is right outside. The garden is shared with the main house, but it's a big space.
