This is Highbury, on a side street in Blackpool. It's a big terraced house that sleeps eighteen. There are seven bedrooms and they all have their own bathroom, which is the main reason groups book it.
The 3 Star rating is right. It's clean, it works, it's not luxurious. It's a place for a lot of people to stay together without tripping over each other.
You're two minutes from the promenade at South Shore. The Pleasure Beach and the Sandcastle Waterpark are about ten minutes on foot. Blackpool Tower and the central attractions are about twenty minutes the other way. You can get the tram from just down the road.
It has the things you'd need: Wi-Fi, TVs, a dishwasher, bedding. Parking is on the street outside.
If you want a quieter day, you can drive down the coast to St. Annes or Lytham. They're about twenty minutes away. For walkers, the National Trust looks after some of the woodland and coastline nearby.
No pets, I'm afraid.
