Highcross
Highcross is in Poulton le Fylde. It's a terraced cottage, one in a row. You get the back garden to yourselves. It's private and gated.
The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well looked after, not just the basics. The stairs are typical for a house like this, so mind your head.
There's a convenience store literally next door. The local pub is a five minute walk. Lots of restaurants nearby, the closest one is just across the street.
Poulton centre is a mile away. It's a proper market town, not too big. There are shops and a train station. You can get the train into Blackpool in about seven minutes, which is easier than parking there sometimes.
Blackpool is close. The Pleasure Beach, the Tower, all that. The Illuminations are on from September to November if you're coming then. The coast itself is about three miles for a beach walk.
Other places within half an hour: Fleetwood for the Freeport shopping. Lytham St Annes is a bit quieter, nice for a stroll. For a day out walking, the Forest of Bowland is about a forty minute drive.
Facilities wise: there's a washing machine, a cot and highchair if you need them, bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi and a TV. Parking is on site for one car. No pets, sorry.
