There's a family suite upstairs with two bedrooms sharing a bathroom on a private landing, which is handy if you've got kids. The house has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well equipped.
Outside, there's an enclosed garden at the back and parking for three cars. Inside, there's a games room with a pool table and a dartboard. We've got WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a cot and a highchair. You can bring two dogs.
The location is the main thing. You can walk to most places. The Winter Gardens is about five minutes away. The Central Pier, the Tower, Sea Life, and the main stretch of promenade are about ten minutes. Stanley Park is fifteen minutes walk. It's a big park with paddle boats, mini golf, and a good play area. Blackpool Zoo is there too.
For the Pleasure Beach or the Sandcastle Waterpark, it's about half an hour on foot, or you can get the tram. The tram stop is close by. It's useful for seeing the Illuminations without driving.
If you want to get out of Blackpool for a bit, Lytham St Annes is a twenty minute drive south. It's quieter, with nice beaches and golf. North up the coast, Fleetwood has a market and a museum.
For a proper day out in the countryside, the Forest of Bowland or the Ribble Valley are about an hour's drive. The Lake District is also roughly an hour away.
