This is Berwick Lodge. It's in Cleveleys, Lancashire. A bungalow, so everything's on the ground floor. It's in a quiet residential street, about a twenty minute walk from the seafront.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and well kept. The garden is private, with a patio area. Parking is on the drive.
The tram stop is a short walk away. You can get the tram south into Blackpool, or north up to Fleetwood. It's very handy.
Cleveleys seafront has a long promenade for walking. The beach is sandy. Blackpool is about three miles down the coast. All the main things are there: the Tower, the Pleasure Beach, the Sandcastle water park.
If you head the other way, you can get to Fleetwood, which is more of a working fishing town. The Wyre Estuary Country Park is nearby for birdwatching and walks.
For a day out, the Forest of Bowland is about half an hour's drive inland. It's good for hiking. The Lake District is about an hour away.
Facilities: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
