Newcastle Lodge is in Cleveleys. It's a semi-detached bungalow, so everything's on the ground floor. It's in a quiet street, a fairly residential area. You've got a garden out the back that's enclosed.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. One bathroom, but it's a good one with a proper bath and a separate walk-in shower. It was done up a couple of years ago. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
It's about a twenty-minute walk to the seafront in Cleveleys. The promenade there is really good for a long walk, all the way to Blackpool if you want. There's a tram stop at Cleveleys too. You can get the tram north to Fleetwood for the market or the fishing, or south to Blackpool for all the attractions.
Blackpool is about three miles away. That's where the Tower, the Pleasure Beach, the waterpark, and all that is. It's very easy to get to.
If you drive, Lytham and St Annes are nice. They're a different feel, more cafes and green. The Forest of Bowland is about half an hour inland if you fancy some countryside. For a big day out, the Lake District is just over an hour away.
Facilities: there's parking on the drive, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
