Newcastle Lodge is in Cleveleys. It's a semi-detached bungalow, so everything's on one level. That can make things easier for some people. It was refurbished in 2021.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. The bathroom has both a bath and a separate walk-in shower. You get off-road parking, which is useful round here.
The area is residential and quiet. It's about a mile from the seafront, so you can walk it if you want. Cleveleys has a proper promenade, shops and cafes. The tram runs from there too. One way takes you to Fleetwood for the market and the ferry. The other way is to Blackpool.
Blackpool is about twenty minutes on the tram. You've got the Tower, the Pleasure Beach, the water park, all of it. You don't have to go if you don't want to, but it's there. Fleetwood is the other direction, which is much less hectic.
If you drive, Lytham and St Annes are along the coast. They're different, more leafy. The Forest of Bowland is about half an hour inland for walking. The Lake District is about an hour north.
Facilities wise: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, enclosed garden, WiFi, and a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
