The Bay Cottage
The Bay Cottage is in Cleveleys, on the Fylde coast. It's a terraced house, about a 10-minute walk from the village centre. You're even closer to the promenade, which is good for a proper walk by the sea.
It sleeps four. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor: one kingsize, and two singles. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean without being fancy. Everything is on one level, which is handy. The shower is a walk-in wet room.
You've got a small enclosed garden at the back. It gets the sun in the afternoon. Parking is on the drive at the front.
The facilities are straightforward: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. We accept up to two dogs.
Cleveleys itself has the basics: shops, cafes, a few places to eat. The local pub is about a 10-minute walk. For a bigger town, Blackpool is only about ten minutes in the car. You've got all the piers and the tower there.
This part of the coast is good for cycling on the promenade. The Wyre Forest isn't far if you want to get inland. For a day out, you can drive up to the Lake District in just over an hour, or head to Fleetwood Marsh Nature Park which is closer.
