Castlebar
Castlebar is in Little Singleton. It's a detached house set back from the main road, behind its own gates. There's plenty of parking, including an electric vehicle charger you can use.
It sleeps twelve people. Six bedrooms, three bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms are en-suites. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, which is handy. The rating is 5 Star, which means it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard.
The garden is large and enclosed. It's private, good for a barbecue, and has a hot tub. There's a games room that looks out onto the garden and an arcade machine in the hallway. The kitchen is big enough for everyone.
A small shop is about 50 yards away. A pub is a mile down the road, and a restaurant is about a mile and a half.
Blackpool is five miles away. You've got all the main attractions there: the Pleasure Beach, the Tower, the zoo. For something quieter, Cleveleys is also five miles and has a nice seafront. Poulton-le-Fylde is close for shops and a train station.
Further out, you can get to the Forest of Bowland, the Ribble Valley, or even the Lake District or Yorkshire Dales within an hour's drive. There are several golf courses around Lytham St Annes.
Facilities: everything is included, like bedding and towels. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, and Sky TV. The house is family-friendly with a cot, highchair, and stairgate. You can bring two dogs.
