Greenbank Farm is a bungalow on a small lane near Kirkham. It's on its own, so it's quiet. The owners and their kids live in the farmhouse next door.
It sleeps five. There are two bedrooms and they share one bathroom between them. You get it through a door from each room, a Jack and Jill setup. The shower is a walk-in.
It's a 5 Star place, which means it's been finished to a high standard. The main room is open plan with a wood burner. There's a wood-fired hot tub outside. You look out over fields.
It's a working farm with pygmy goats in the paddock. The kids like them.
Kirkham is about five minutes' drive for pubs, cafes, and a supermarket. Ribby Hall Village is there if you want a spa day.
The coast at Lytham and St Annes is about 20 minutes away. Lytham has a nice front with places to eat. St Annes has a big sandy beach. There are several championship golf courses around there too.
Blackpool is also about 20 minutes in the other direction, if you want the Pleasure Beach or the Tower.
For walking, the Forest of Bowland is good. It's about 45 minutes to an hour's drive. The Lake District or the Yorkshire Dales are a bit further, maybe an hour and a half.
Inside, there's WiFi, a washing machine, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. A cot and highchair are there if you need them. No pets.
