Sandend
This is Sandend. It's a terraced house on a quiet street in Lytham. You're about a five minute walk from the main green and the front.
It's a four star place, sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. The bathroom has a separate shower and a bath. Downstairs is all open plan. There's a living area with a wood burner, then the kitchen and dining space. It's a bright room. Through the back is a utility room with a toilet. You can fit a couple of bikes and some golf clubs in there.
Outside is a walled patio with some garden furniture. It's enclosed, so it's private.
The location is the main thing. You can leave the car. In a few minutes you're on Lytham Green with the windmill, or in the town centre with the shops and cafes. The beach at St Anne's is a mile or so down the road. Blackpool is about twenty minutes on the bus if you want the lights.
There are two big golf courses nearby, Royal Lytham & St Annes and Fairhaven. For walking, the promenade goes for miles. If you fancy a drive, the Forest of Bowland is half an hour away.
