It's called One. It's an apartment in Lytham St Annes, on the ground floor of a block. It sleeps two, one bedroom and one bathroom.
It’s newly done up from 2023. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Everything is on the same level, and the door is wheelchair accessible. There’s parking right there.
It’s got a 4 Star rating. That means it’s comfortable and well-equipped. There's a TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included.
The location is good. You can walk to the centre of St Annes in a few minutes. All the shops, cafes and pubs are there. The beach and the promenade are about a 15-minute walk.
Lytham itself is just along the coast. It’s quieter, with the windmill and Lytham Hall. Blackpool is about a 20-minute drive if you want the Pleasure Beach or the Tower.
For golf, there are courses nearby. Fairhaven is just up the road.
If you like walking or birds, the Ribble Estuary is close. The Forest of Bowland is about half an hour inland. For a longer day out, you can get into the southern Lake District in under an hour.
