Birkby Lodge
Birkby Lodge is in Lytham St Anne's. It's a first floor duplex apartment. It sleeps six.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is a big double with an en-suite shower downstairs. The other bedroom is upstairs, it's huge with two double beds and another en-suite bathroom. So everyone gets their own space and a bathroom, which is handy.
The kitchen has what you need: dishwasher, washing machine, that sort of thing. The living area is open plan. There's a seating area by the window which is a good spot.
The garden is shared with the other two apartments in the building. There's seating out there for when the sun's out. You can park on site.
It's about 800 yards to the beach. Lytham St Anne's is a proper seaside town. There are shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. You can walk along the promenade or on the beach. They have beach huts you can rent.
Lytham itself is a short drive or a nice walk down the coast. There's a windmill and a boating lake there. Blackpool is about ten minutes in the car if you want the Pleasure Beach or the Tower.
The place has a 4 Star rating. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
